## **1. 주문 수령 알림톡**

* 고객 결제 후, 제품 준비가 완료되면 고객에게 **호출기나 진동벨 대신 카카오톡으로 제품 수령 알림톡을 발송**할 수 있습니다.
* 사용시작 전 캔디를 충전해야 사용이 가능한 서비스입니다.

## 2. 활성화/비활성화

주문수령알림톡은 결제수단이 등록돼 있어야만 사용이 가능합니다.

## 3. 사용

### 3-1. 주문 알림톡 사용

**step 1.** 결제하기 클릭시 아래와 같이 주문 알림톡을 발송할 고객의 휴대폰 번호를 입력하게 됩니다. 번호 입력 시 포인트 적립까지 한번에 가능합니다.\
**step 2.** 제품 준비가 완료되면 주문내역에서 고객님께 주문 수령 알림톡을 보내실 수 있습니다.

### **3-2. 주문 알림톡 건너뛰기 설정**

주문 수령 알림톡 설정에서 하단의 **'고객 전화번호 미입력 허용'**&#xC744; 설정해주시면, '주문알림 발송' 화면 내 건너뛰기 버튼이 생성됩니다. 주문 알림톡을 원하지 않는 고객님들을 위해 기능이 추가되었습니다!
