## 1. 다이렉트 메세지

* 다이렉트 메세지 : 그로잉세일즈 앱 내 포인트 적립한 고객에게 템플릿 또는 직접 입력한 내용을 문자로 바로 전송할 수 있는 서비스&#x20;
* 고객이 추가되어 결제된 주문 건에만 발송이 가능합니다.
* 그로잉세일즈 앱 내 주문내역 > 고객에서 다이렉트 메세지 발송이 가능합니다.&#x20;
* **건당 비용 : SMS(90자) 6크레딧 / LMS(2000자) 12크레딧 / MMS(2000자+이미지) 20크레딧**

### **(1) 다이렉트 메세지 작성 및 전송**

#### \[템플릿]

* 등록된 템플릿을 선택하여 바로 불러와 작성할 수 있습니다.
* 불러온 템플릿의 문자 제목과 문자 내용을 수정하여 전송할 수 있습니다.&#x20;

> **주문내역 > 고객 > 문자 발송 > 템플릿 불러오기 > 원하는 템플릿 '불러오기' 선택 > 문자 수정 가능 > 즉시 전송**&#x20;

**\[쿠폰]**

1. 쿠폰 만들기

다이렉트 메세지 편집 창 내 쿠폰 만들기를 통해 코드쿠폰을 바로 생성할 수 있습니다.

**바코드 쿠폰**의 경우 **대시보드에서만 생성**하실 수 있으며, 코드쿠폰만 즉시 생성이 가능합니다.

2. 쿠폰 전송

* 템플릿 또는 직접 입력으로 보내고자 하는 문자를 쿠폰과 함께 전송할 수 있습니다.
* 기존에 제작한 쿠폰을 불러와 문자로 바로 전송할 수 있습니다.
* 쿠폰의 경우 이미지로 전송되기 때문에 MMS 적용되어 전송됩니다.

### (2) 다이렉트 메세지 임시저장

* 임시저장을 통해 작성된 문자를 임시로 저장할 수 있습니다.
* 임시저장된 문자를 불러와 전송할 수 있습니다.
* 임시저장된 문자를 삭제버튼을 통해 삭제할 수 있습니다.
* 임시저장의 경우 번호 1개당 1개의 문자가 저장됩니다.
